Being in the customer service and sales field for over 11 years, I obtained a pretty good feel of the consumer need pulse. Satisfying a customer goes deeper than just giving them what they want; its listening, finding out what they NEED and fulfilling that as best as you can. For me, having this business in place goes deeper than just being an entrepreneur and making money; its about giving people exactly what they need to make every single day of their life a memory. With that in mind, I, along with my partner Jeffrenique, made a decision to stop complaining about availability of service options, and fix the problem by giving those options a platform.

Being a graduate from, the then known, College of The Bahamas and attaining a bachelor’s degree in secondary education I truly understood the necessity of convenience in a hastily manner. During my tenure as an educator, I have seen and heard the cries of both students and parents in need of tutors or extra classes and it was such a shame that I was not always aware of certain access to the demands. It was through this growing knowledge of not only educational needs but also my personal want in easily accessing various vendors that Charles and I realized the essence of What Ya Need.
